Sac sous vide conservation :
- Sacs 3 soudures extra larges.
- Complexe Polyamide/polyéthylène PA/PE assurant une parfaite barrière à l'air et au gaz.
- Température d'utilisation de -18°C à + 80°C

CARACTERISTIQUES : CUISSON

Sac sous vide cuisson :
- Sacs multicouches (PA/PP) utilisable pour la cuisson, la stérilisation et le réchauffage des préparations.
- Plage de température -40°C / +120°C.
- Garantie une excellente conservation tout en maintenant les caractéristiques des aliments.
- Excellente résistance aux hautes températures (120°C / 12 heures) à l’abrasion et à la perforation.

CARACTERISTIQUES : RETRACTABLE

Sac sous vide rétractable :
- Sacs permettant d'améliorer la conservation et la présentation des aliments en épousant leur forme, par rétraction dans l'eau chaude ou la vapeur, après fermeture.
- Température d'utilisation de -18°C à + 80°C

CARACTERISTIQUES : CUISSON / RETRACTABLE

Sac sous vide cuisson/rétractable :
- Sacs utilisables pour la pasteurisation, ce produit maintient les qualités visuelles des produits après cuisson. Idéal pour la préparation des viandes et du jambon.
- Cuisson avec ou sans moule, jusqu’à 10 heures et jusqu’à 85°C. Aucune perte de poids, aucune déshydratation, pas de liquide dans l’emballage.

INFOS

- Amélioration de la date limite de conservation DLC jusqu'à 21 jours pour les grosses pièces de viande ou les préparations charcutières.

CONSEIL D'UTILISATION

- La mise sous vide vous permet d'espacer vos travaux de préparation et de mieux gérer les "coups de feu".
